Circuit Club - All fitness levels

Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:00pm - £7.00pp

A full-body, high-energy circuit class designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, the workout is tailored to challenge you at your own pace, using a variety of stations and equipment.


Perfect for building strength, improving fitness, and boosting energy, this class helps you stay active, motivated, and progressing toward your goals—all while enjoying a fun, community-focused atmosphere.

This Hyrox Hybrid inspired workout is high-intensity, designed to push your strength, endurance, and conditioning—whether you’re training for a specific event or just love to work hard. Replicating the movements of popular HYROX and Hybrid events sessions vary weekly and may include singles, pairs, or group formats, keeping training fresh, challenging, and motivating.


Fully scalable for all fitness levels, this class is ideal for anyone looking to test themselves, build engine capacity, and train with purpose.
